B- Underground gas tank warranty: Manufacturer’s warranty two years against manufacturing defects on the tank body. The warranty includes the following: Any manufacturing defects. Leakage in the tank body or cracking in the tank walls caused by a manufacturing defect only. This warranty automatically ends if: It is exposed to or repaired by any other entity. Broken due to transportation or falling from buildings. Used for any purpose other than what it was manufactured for. The tank base must be placed on a concrete foundation evenly on the ground surface. Incorrect placement of the tank affects it. Water or moisture reaching the tank body. Additional conditions in the warranty for all gas tanks: The tank is inspected on-site by the company’s technician upon delivery. The company has the option to replace or repair the tank only according to the technician’s report, without returning the product value, and the company bears no other costs or expenses. The consumer pays the consumption value for the elapsed warranty period, which is 25% for each year in case of replacement. The warranty on underground tanks covers only maintenance and replacement, and does not include damages caused by any civil or mechanical works, nor does it include labor and costs for removing the tank from the ground and gas evacuation. The company is not responsible for any damages that may result from the tank, whether material, moral, human, or if a defect appears in the product due to poor consumer handling. Original invoice must be presented. Electrical appliances warranty: two years. Chinese-made gas pipes (pressure 80): two years warranty. Taiwan-made extension parts (elbow - splitter - connector - coupling - nipple - reducer): two years warranty. American and Italian-made regulators and spare parts for tanks: two years warranty. American-made valve parts: five years warranty. Italian-made gas meters: operational warranty. Warranty conditions: Parts must be installed correctly according to instructions. Use proper insulation materials designated for insulation from moisture and water. Warranty does not cover poor installation, usage, or storage.
